Florida Man in Magus World: Unleashing Liberty and Freedom

Chapter 114: Florida Man, Fed Up with Random Criminal’s False Accusations, Turns Live Bandits into "Art" by Cementing Them into Life-Like Statues

<Your target, Sean Smith, has slain fellow transmigrator, Xavior Faunir!>

<Your target, Sean Smith, has been slain by your ally, Felix Ariel.>

<Congratulations! Main Quest has been completed!>

<You have received an Earth Fate Crystal!>

Raising an eyebrow, Diana smirked, appreciating Felix's cooperation. Sitting up, she navigated her system screen and chose a perk that Felix didn't have yet.

- Friend List (1)

- Shin Tanaka

She pressed on the name, and a chat window opened. Diana, familiar with the system feature, swiftly typed a message:

"Something fun happened?"

Tanaka responded quickly.

"Yes. Xavior is dead. A rogue transmigrator is also dead."

"What about Felix Ariel? Have you met him?" she asked.

"Yes. He's quite handy."

Amused, Diana giggled, imagining the chaos Felix and Tanaka must have caused. She continued the conversation:

"When will you visit me and keep your promise? I've just shed my skin, and I'll be laying eggs soon. I need your seed to fertilize them."

"I know. I'll visit you in two weeks."

"Fine."

Closing the chat, Diana deeply sighed, her thoughts drifting to the stored seed of Felix. She wondered if Zhu Xin Ci still held it. Turning to her bodyguards, she gave a command.

"Go fetch Xin Ci. Tell her to bring the Alpha's seed. I need it to fertilize my eggs."

The evolved lamias quickly departed to find the princess.

However, they returned minutes later with unsettling news—Zhu Xin Ci had left the Black Forest, taking the bowl of liquid with her.

.

.

Two weeks had passed since the incident at Big Zoot City.

At 5 AM, the sounds of birds and nature's symphony signaled the start of a new day. In a camp on a plain near an animal trail, Felix stretched his arms and yawned. As he opened his eyes, he realized that Jiji, the lamia, was coiling around him, providing a soft cushion and a warm blanket for the night. Their bellies were still touching.

"Good morning, my lord," Jiji greeted him with a kiss, her arms wrapped around him.

Her eyes were fully healed. She gazed at Felix with affection, as if looking at a beloved husband.

"Umm," Felix muttered as Jiji loosened her tail, letting him rise.

Felix, being in a birthday suit, slowly extract a piece of his body part from her body, which had been stuck inside her for the entire night. He stood up and slightly wobbled, his muscles sore from the memorable hot night and the effects of Jiji's lamia fluids.

Blue veins pulsed visibly beneath his skin, particularly around his groin, thighs, and stomach, but his body quickly purged the toxins. The discoloration faded as Felix's system fought off the mutating virus,

Felix turned around and looked into Jiji's eyes, yet her petrifying curse did nothing to him.

With a wave of her hand, Jiji summoned a magic circle above them. It glowed in a gentle blue light and produced rain shower for her and her master.

The two bathed together while Jiji serviced her master with a passionate kiss, using her four slippery tongues. After another session of fluid exchange, they dried themselves with towels and dressed, unbothered by any embarrassment or shame. This routine was far from new.

Feeling refreshed, Felix was confident they'd reach the Highland Province by day's end.

Jiji picked up Eins and Zwei, the little hydra, and placed it on her shoulder. She then gathered their belongings: a leather backpack filled with small throwing weapons and bloodied blunt weapons, trophies collected from bandits they had encountered along the way. After tidying up, Jiji donned her backpack and blindfold, then followed Felix as they continued their journey.

By 4 PM, the group reached the base of the renowned plateau mountain range, where they would need to hike several hundred miles to return to Veria Belt Province.

Rather than attempting to climb the mountain so late, Felix instructed Jiji to set up camp, knowing there would be no rest stop by nightfall. As usual, Jiji gathered branches and kindling while Felix started a fire for the evening.

After dinner, Felix laid out a mattress and erect a large tent, big enough to house a lamia and a human. Both he and Jiji slipped inside, removed their clothes, and enjoyed each other's warmth as they had done many times over the past few days. Though Jiji wasn't in her egg-laying season, she had grown addicted to Felix's affection.

At midnight, Felix, with his energy pool depleted to less than half, stopped and fell asleep in Jiji's embrace. The lamia princess, equally exhausted from their passionate activity, quickly passed out beside him, a satisfied grin on her face.

The day would have ended peacefully, just like the past two weeks, had they not been disturbed.

Magna, the barbaric son of Highland Province's governor, had managed to recover from his previous mishaps. Now, he was eager to redeem himself. He brought Angrit, a seasoned three-star knight, and a gang of his loyal thugs to descend the mountain range, hoping to intercept and plunder unlucky merchants traveling through the region.

The group moved under the cover of night, determined to catch travelers resting at the foot of the mountain. As they reached the base, Magna's eyes gleamed when they spotted a small, solitary camp with a single tent. There were no signs of a carriage or horses nearby.

Magna licked his lips, already imagining what he could loot. His minions, equally eager, laughed in anticipation, eager for their share of the spoils.

Gripping his axe, Magna was about to charge toward the camp when a hand suddenly caught him by the nape. Angrit, with his immense strength, lifted Magna as effortlessly as one would to a kitten.

"Hold on, young master," Angrit said calmly, his grip firm.

"Angrit, let me down! I'm not a child anymore!" Magna snapped, struggling against the knight's hold.

Angrit ignored his outburst and spoke quietly, his eyes fixed on the tent. "I'm sensing strong presences in there. Something feels off. We should let this one pass—it's too risky."

Magna sneered, mocking his protector. "What happened to you? A supreme warrior like you, scared of some weak merchants?"

"They're not merchants," Angrit said, his voice low and serious. "I can feel their mana and aura. These are no ordinary travelers—they're dangerous."

"Ha!" Magna scoffed, clearly unconvinced. "Dangerous? If they were really stronger than us, they'd be flying on some magic carpet or riding a beast. No one powerful crosses this region on foot! They're either fools or ignorant merchants!"

"Young master, listen—"

"No! To hell with your cowardice!" Magna snapped, cutting him off. Turning to his men, he barked, "Capture them. And if one of them's a young woman, make sure to bring her to me first! I haven't had a woman for a long time because of that iron beast thing!"

Angrit deeply sighed, knowing the situation was about to get ugly. He dropped Magna unceremoniously to the ground and retrieved his massive 10-foot-long mace, bracing himself for the impending confrontation. He could already tell—this wasn't going to be an easy fight.

It was too late for Angrit to intervene. In just a few breaths, five of the gang members had surrounded the tall square tent. The hour was late—2 AM—and they assumed the travelers inside were fast asleep, unaware of the danger lurking outside.

Instead of launching a direct attack, the hoodlums decided to search for loot first. Their eyes gleamed when they spotted a large leather backpack near the entrance, stuffed to the brim with various bandit weaponry. One of the bandits, a towering man standing 7 feet tall and weighing 300 pounds, grinned in excitement as he reached for the bag.

With a smug look on his face, the bandit grabbed the backpack and attempted to hoist it over his shoulder.

CRANK

The metal inside clanged loudly, echoing through the quiet night, but the hulking man barely budged the backpack. Surprised, he furrowed his brow and adjusted his grip, determined to lift it this time. With a grunt, he bent his knees and put all his strength into the effort.

CRANK

To his embarrassment, the weight of the pack forced him back down onto the ground, landing with a loud thud as he failed again to stand up straight.

The other bandits stifled their laughter, though they couldn't hide their amusement. The sight of such a massive man struggling with what appeared to be just a bag full of weapons was absurd, but they knew something was off.

The noise, however, had been too loud to go unnoticed. Inside the tent, something stirred.

A strange figure stirred within the tent. The zipper slid open with a soft whistle, revealing an unusual sight that stunned the intruders.

Emerging from the tent was a lamia, her serpentine body still wrapped around a young man, keeping him close as if he were a child cradled in her coils. Her glowing blue eyes swept over the scene, their eerie light cutting through the darkness.

The thugs, caught between confusion and amusement, stared at the bizarre sight in front of them. But before they could react or even understand what was happening, their fates were sealed. One by one, they froze in place, their bodies instantly turning into stone, expressions of shock forever etched onto their faces.

Jiji yawned while she was still holding Felix close in her embrace as though the entire ordeal was no more than a minor disturbance. She carried him like a large baby, coiling him in her tail while their bodies still intimately connected. Felix, deep in sleep, remained blissfully unaware of the chaos that had just unfolded around him.
