Undead God: I Can Extract Everything

Chapter 258:168 Free SS-level Reward Evaluation_4

This wolf didn’t let Dean McKenzie down and immediately convened the elites of the Werewolf Tribe, Fox Clan, and Gnome Clan to confront the Swiftwind Tribe’s fortress.

They arrived with a formidable presence, like they were about to swallow up the Swiftwind Tribe.

Dean McKenzie was invigorated by the sight.

His stage for a royal return was finally set, and now it was time to perform!

Then, something happened that left Dean McKenzie dumbfounded.

An elder Goblin from the Swiftwind Tribe stepped forward and, with his astonishing eloquence, was able to clear the Tribe of suspicion. Not only that, but they deflected the blame onto a neighboring Werewolf Tribe!

In the old goblin’s words: “Though we have no concrete evidence, we can conjecture that whoever benefits most from the situation is certainly the most suspicious. This Werewolf Tribe, known as “Earl”, has had an ongoing feud with your tribe, “Hawk”. Ever since our cooperation began, they’ve repeatedly tried to sabotage it. I’m certain that this time, the plot is theirs.”

He suggested, “We should join forces and take down “Earl” to avenge our elder chief!”

The goblin’s words left the angry young leaders of the Werewolf Tribe momentarily speechless and their eyes gleaming with anticipation.

The other two forces didn’t express much of an opinion. Then the elder goblin disclosed, “According to reliable sources, “Earl\'”s Tribe recently discovered a mid-sized Mithril Mine. They seem to be in close contact with several other tribes in the vicinity, perhaps in preparation to form an alliance similar to ours!”

The moment the words left the goblin elder’s mouth, the Fox Clan and the Gnome Clan instantly dropped their objections.

And so, Dean McKenzie watched through his old contact, as the goblin dealt with the crisis with ease, turned danger into opportunity and collected the power of four forces to take down “Earl”, the Werewolf Tribe, the same day.

Four forces against the sworn enemy of the “Hawk” was like capturing an enemy single-handedly.

In less than a day, Earl was conquered.

But the most brilliant operation of the old Goblin only began after capturing “Earl”.

He stepped forward again, stopped the “Hawk” Tribe from annihilating the “Earl” Tribe, and proposed a plan to extract the “Earl” Tribe as a contact to pull several nearby forces into an alliance.

The Hawks, of course, objected strongly to this plan.

But their objection was to no avail. They had been at the forefront of the battle and suffered the most. Their reduced strength and voice meant they had less say, and the other two tribes didn’t want the Hawks to grow stronger after the annihilation of Earl.

What was more crucial was the appealing offer the goblins proposed.

Having savored the benefits of alliance, the Fox Clan and Gnome Clan knew they could seize an opportunity to grow in this isolated corner of the Golden Plain if they united again.

Added to the Goblins’ promise of mutual benefits, they couldn’t refuse any longer.

So, within less than a month, their collective benefiting community expanded from four to nine clans!

The old Goblin’s artful combination made him the head of the benefiting community and attracted several wandering Goblin Tribes to join Swiftwind. This entire operation left Dean McKenzie amazed.

When this community of mutual benefit was initially constructed, the system on Dean McKenzie’s end brought a notification.

[Under your covert operation, “Goblin Power- Swiftwind Tribe” has taken a step forward. You can receive an SS-level reward if you settle now!]

Seeing the system notification, Dean McKenzie could only say, “Well, this is exactly the result I wanted. Everything is under my control!”
