Chapter 1142 Instinctive Hatred!
Harley nodded since it was similar to what she heard from her friend Carla.
"Store owner, I want to enter the training area," Harley requested Aakesh. Her cultivation was only late True God, so she didn\'t have to settle for a lower level weapon area.
"There are seven types of training area…" Aakesh then introduced the training area in detail.
"I want to enter the Gods & Demons difficulty level training area for a higher grade sword," Harley requested Aakesh, and she then took out the required sum of one higher Sacred stone from her expensive space ring.
"You need to pay one higher Sacred stone," Aakesh still informed and completed his duty. He then waved his hand.
The next moment, the stone disappeared from the store and appeared in the system\'s space.
"You can enter the training area. To enter…" Aakesh explained the entry process to Harley.
"Thank you, store owner!" Harley thanked Aakesh and then proceeded toward the weapons room.
As she entered the room, a sword given to her by her father at her breakthrough into the True God appeared in her right hand. It was a peak Higher grade sword made from extremely valuable materials, costing more than many low-level King grade items.
Her eyes then fell on the countless murals painted across the walls of the room. Her eyes grew big when they fell on a particular mural depicting a sword attack.
In the mural, a female warrior was swinging her sword in such a way that it seemed still, but whenever it passed anyone, it would be cut into countless tiny pieces.
Harley\'s breathing became rough, and she wasn\'t able to move away from the murals.
Time flew by. Every second was like a heavy mountain getting placed on her. Her entire back was wet with sweat. Her eyes had become terrified, as if she were the one facing that attack.
After three seconds, energy returned to Harley\'s beautiful face. Her face looked terrified while relieved. She couldn\'t help but look at herself, and when she found that there was not a single body part missing, she took a deep breath.
She looked at the sword in her hands, and for some reason, the thought of trying the move on the mural appeared in her mind.
Harley was going to try it, but suddenly her warning bells started ringing, forcing her to give up on that.
After things had returned to calm, Harley dared to look at other murals. The same feeling of terror or experience of the attack didn\'t appear.
Harley had no choice but to give up on it and look at the pillar representing the sword in the innermost circle of columns.
Before leaving, she looked again at the female sword warrior mural, but things remained normal. Harley took a deep breath and finally reached the pillar.
Aakesh had already informed her of ways to enter the infinite space inside the pillars, so she touched the tiny needle placed slightly below the sword pattern on the column.
The needle pierced through her skin as if it were nothing, and the next moment, an unbearable pain appeared in her mind, shaking her heart. Fortunately for her, it disappeared as quickly as it had appeared.
The needle was laced with her blood, while the tiny wound on the tip of her finger also healed.
The next moment, a golden, transparent barrier surrounded her while her eyes turned blank.
Following the pain, Harley looked around her and found herself in an unfamiliar place with a blue screen in front of her.
On the screen were the races she could choose for the battle. It had all the existing races of the Sacred Dimension, with the exception of the Void Beasts.
Harley wasn\'t confused about which race to choose since her father came from a race of good swordsmen, Talwyr. Harley thought of the race in her mind, and the next moment, an illustration of an average race member appeared on the screen.
Harley chose that as her competitor for the battle, and soon it was time for her to choose her environment. She chose a random setting as she didn\'t want to waste time on it and wanted the battle to begin as soon as possible.
The next moment, a white light covered Harley, and soon she found herself in a ruined city with severely damaged buildings all around her. The environment was terrible, to say the least. Half the city was raining, and from the smell, it didn\'t look like ordinary water.
And when she saw the building slowly melting where the rain was the densest, she understood it was an extremely potent acidic rain.
To check whether she would be able to handle the rain, she reached the nearest open building and punched. The next moment, her expression turned ugly. Her strike failed to put even a dent in the wall. The buildings were extremely sturdy, and since even they couldn\'t handle the acidity of the rain, it only meant that she would face an even more horrible fate if she tried to enter the rain.
While Harley was testing the sturdiness of her building, her opponent also appeared. It was a female Talwyr with similar facial proportions as Harley. The opponent appeared on top of a building right at the edge of the rain.
She was looking down at Harley when Harley looked up. Their eyes clashed, and Harley frowned. An instinctive hatred erupted in her heart for the Talwyr since she had the same appearance as her.
Ding!
Suddenly, a bell that had no direction rang, announcing the start of the battle.
Harley got ready to attack when she suddenly found the Talwyr appearing right in front of her with her sword slashing at her.
\'Dodge!\' It was the last thought in her heart as the sword slashed past her, splitting her in two.
The opponent placed the sword back in its sheath with not even a hint of blood on the blade.

After her instant death, Harley was faced with a similar choice of choosing her opponent. She was stubborn, and her instinctive hatred didn\'t allow her to choose any other opponent, so she selected Talwyr again for the battle. The environment was similarly random.
The next moment, a white light engulfed her.
