Chapter 1023 The Galdari And Sylvanor(1)
Aakesh was relaxing on his chair when he heard the sound of footsteps coming from outside the store. He opened his eyes and turned in that direction.
An unfamiliar face welcomed Aakesh\'s sight, and the new customer entered the store.
Aakesh\'s eyes contained a hint of surprise when he saw the creature since it was his first time coming across them, despite them being a top race.
The being was a member of the Sylvanor race, which was present in all three dimensions. The Sylvanors were tall and slender, with long, graceful limbs. They had skin the color of dark brown and hair that shimmered in the sunlight. Their eyes were light brown, while in the area between their brows was the pattern of a tree with vibrant leaves.
It was the first time Aakesh had seen them other than on the quest because Sylvanor was a closed race, and they didn\'t like to communicate with the outer world. The knowledge of the world toward the Sylvanor was even less than the knowledge of many unique solo creatures.
The Sylvanor who entered the store was a man. The Sylvanor were peaceful and calm creatures, so they always had smiles on their faces. But the case with the customer was the opposite. His face looked terrible, and there were numerous injuries spread across his body.
Since even a newborn Sylvanor was born with True God cultivation, the store didn\'t have any medicine for the customer.
Aakesh sensed that the man\'s purpose behind entering the store was other than requesting treatment, so he waited for the man to approach him.
"Can you please give me cover?" The man asked. His cultivation was peak Supreme God, but his voice contained no hint of looking down on Aakesh, and it was a request. From the way the man looked, it was sure that if Aakesh refused, the man would leave the store.
Aakesh didn\'t say anything in response but pointed at the rule board. The man looked confused, but when he saw the rule Aakesh was pointing at, a wave of relief passed through his body, and he crashed down to the ground.
The system immediately acted and stopped him before his body could touch the floor, and might make the numerous injuries even more severe.
Aakesh looked expressionlessly at the man since this was a store and not some sort of protection camp. Aakesh didn\'t refuse the man since he could be a customer, but now that the man had fallen unconscious inside the store, he needed to save him.
Before Aakesh could decide what to do next, he heard another round of footsteps approaching the store.

Orek\'s eyes were cold when he entered the store. But as he stepped inside, his face changed as if he had entered a new world with its own rules.
Orek could feel himself to be in an extremely dangerous situation, and when he tried to find its source, he found every corner of the store was the source. His expression turned ugly when he saw his enemy, Elwynn, unconscious inside the store.
Orek belonged to the Galdari race. Like Sylvarons, the Galdari was a top race, and they lived in ghettos, closed off from the world.
Like every Galdari, Orek was three meters tall. He had thick arms, broad, muscular shoulders, and powerful legs. His hair was black with gray streaks, and his skin was a light gray color. His eyes were a grayish-black color.
Aakesh couldn\'t help but become curious when he saw the Galdari. Both Sylvanor and Galdari were races that had peaceful and calm personalities. There isn\'t any instance of them going to war ever.
Aakesh couldn\'t help but become interested in what could force these two members of a peaceful race to battle it out.
Orek also had injuries spread across his body, but he was clearly in better shape than Elwynn. Both of them had the same level of cultivation, so it clearly showed that Orek was the better fighter of the two.

"Please don\'t shelter him," Orek approached Aakesh and requested.
The dangerous sensation from the store was the primary reason behind his request, and also his personality, which didn\'t want to involve a third party in the controversy.
Similar to the Sylvanor, Aakesh didn\'t say anything but pointed at the rule board.
Orek became disappointed when he saw the rule about the safety of the people inside the store.
"Does that mean you won\'t try to protect him once outside the store?" Orek asked after accepting the fact that he couldn\'t harm Elwynn inside the store unless he wanted to go against his personality, which was impossible.
Aakesh nodded since what happened outside the store had nothing to do with him. He didn\'t like to involve himself in situations that had nothing to do with him or the store, even if the other party was the store\'s customer.
"Aren\'t you both peaceful creatures? Why would you battle?" Aakesh asked, as his interest in knowing what caused such changes in these two peaceful creatures won over his usual indifferent personality.
Orek\'s face turned grave when he looked at Aakesh again. A hint of cautiousness appeared on his face as he took two steps back.
"Did greed cause you two to battle it out?" Aakesh became even more surprised by Galdari\'s reaction. In addition to being peaceful, these two races were also known for their indifference toward other\'s possessions.
"If greed is the reason for you two to battle then the item should be able to help both of you. That guy is a forest dweller, while you are a mountain dweller, so there are only a few things that could cause greed in the two of you."
"Even in those few things, many things wouldn\'t make you forego your peaceful personalities and battle it out, so it could be only one thing, Heartwood Stone," Aakesh ignored Orek\'s changing expressions and stated.
In the end, Orek\'s expression had turned ugly, as what Aakesh had guessed was the same thing that happened.
Both Sylvanor and Galdari lived in different universes, but as fate would have it, Orek and Elwynn were at the same location, and both of them found the Heartwood Stone at the same time, forcing them to battle.
